Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Payment:

1. To secure your reservation, a deposit is required at the time of booking which is 10% for the trekking tour and 30% for safari tour. (a) Full payment is due to 1 days prior to the tour start date.

2. Cancellations and Refunds:

(a) Cancellations made 7 days or more before the Kilimanjaro tour start date is refundable (-5% bank tranfer charges) (b) For Safari tour 2 weeks before arrival is refundable and less than 2 weeks will be no refundable the reason why is not refundable because we use some percentage to reserve lodges and fees which have very strictly terms (c) If you need to reschedule your booking, rest assured that there will be no adjustment to the payment or price.

3. Changes to Itinerary:

(a) Kili Team Adventures reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, or political instability. (b) Any changes to the itinerary will be communicated to the client as soon as possible.

4. Travel Insurance:

(a) It is strongly recommended that clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost or damaged belongings.

5. Participant Responsibilities:

(a) Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet all entry requirements, including obtaining necessary visas and vaccinations. (b) Participants are expected to behave responsibly, follow the guidance of the tour guide, and respect local customs and laws.

6. Liability:

(a) Participants are advised to exercise caution and adhere to safety guidelines provided by the tour guide.
